This registration form uses information in an audio file wich you must listen to to complete the registration process.

In this sample form it is important to note the following:

• Make sure the link to the audio clip is in the label. Otherwise a screen reader user may miss it.
• Notify users that they have to listen to something in this form. This makes it possible for braille browsing users to turn on audio for this page.
